1) After the planning poker session, I should consider reviewing all those big user stories and re-create them until they have the same complexity (equal “score”). This could lead to small and better user stories and would help the team to break them easily in tasks.
2) If I’m adopting a sprint with +2 weeks, I should consider using a Sprint Preview Meeting.
